Shinrin-yoku Experience
Shinrin-yoku, which translates to 'forest bathing' stimulates therapeutic healing relaxation. Immersed in nature, we focus on energetic and sensory engagement to re-connect with the forest and inner self as healer, teacher and nurturer by combining insights into the healing benefits of the forest with guided meditation, sacred ceremony and quiet contemplation. A group experience that leaves participants with tools to boost immunity and manage everyday stress.

Release-Peace
Healing Between Two Worlds
During 'Release-Peace' I will attune to the vibration of 'Spirit' allowing for communication, healing and closure between those living and those passed. The spiritual soul bonds connecting us are eternal and pure. Using mediumship, with discernment and empathy, I simply 'open up', connect with whoever steps forward and hold a sacred space for whatever needs to occur. Grief, past emotional wounds or bereavement trauma is processed allowing for restoration of mental and emotional peace.

Hello & WelcomeHere's a little insight into me, my journey and my work...I was born in Oxford, England quite a long time ago and at this point in time, I can honestly say that I have lived a pretty unique, eclectic and sometimes bohemian life. Like many others, my path has included plenty of challenges, setbacks, twists and turns. Along the way I have met some amazing people and truly appreciate them all.Born a natural medium and empath, my early life was often challenging. And, throughout life I have been called upon to mix with people from all walks and ranks. I believe all of this taught me a great deal about myself, others and the world we live in.After leaving school, I studied Hospitality and Hotel Management. Soon after I was moving in the company of British aristocracy in Provence, France. Later, employment in Five Star, Park Lane, London hotels involved dealing with the international set including Middle Eastern Princes and Sheiks with very demanding entourages. It was a very exciting time to be young and in London.A successful career change into sales & marketing eventually led me to China as National Sales and Marketing Director for a global British~Sino Joint Venture. However, after years of frequent business travel, high stress levels and demanding schedules I accepted the deep realization that I wanted to change my life.Finally ready to fully embrace my ultra-sensitivity and given gift of being a born medium, in 1995 I chose to walk away from worldly success in the corporate world.After relocating to Maui, Hawaii I studied with John Sanderson and his amazing team of international professionals, at the original Maui Academy of Healing Arts. Qualifying as a State Licensed Medical Massage Therapist, Therapeutic Energy Therapist, and Mind-Body Practitioner.After qualifying, I ran a successful private practice offering a wide range of holistic interventions including therapeutic massage, energy medicine, mind-body therapy, mediumship, life guidance, meditation and natural healing. During this time, I also volunteered with the Maui Aids Foundation, holistically supporting people living with HIV and dying with AIDS. This particular experience left a lasting impression upon me and inspired me to deeply explore the concept of dying well.In the course of this work, I was privileged to have the opportunity to apprentice with an esteemed indigenous Hawaiian Kahuna Lapa’au & Pule. Hawaiian kahuna are intermediaries between the human and spiritual world. Kahuna Lapa’au is traditional medicine and healing whilst Kahuna Pule is traditional ministering, focusing on prayer. The teachings bestowed a lasting influence on how I move through the world and work as a communicator between this world and the other world.Without doubt, I have been blessed in many ways and will forever carry the islands, the Hawaiian people and everything that I learnt from them, deep within my heart.After a number of years, I decided to return to full time education in the UK. Upon gaining a PGCE Post Graduate Certificate of Post Compulsory Education & Training, BSc. (Hons) Psychology (UK), Diplomas in Meditation & Mindfulness and TESOL Certification, I chose to teach part time, in HM Prison Service Education Departments within male prisons.
